#back ‼️ You don't have to spend hours in the gym to make gains. Time should never be an excuse to get your #fitness game on point. I have a family, demanding career, and on top of it building a Tech company with my #swolemate @military_project the balance of discipline and consistency with diet and training is key. The misconception is that we're all just trainers who basically live in the gym ... Um no! The other key aspect is Quality of the workouts it's not about quantity.
