#flexfriday quick reality check I swear the most common comment I hear is, I just want to lose my stomach. You can not SpOT reduce NO matter how convincing a marketing gimmick may sound. It's how you are genetically mapped everyone is different! See those lines in my legs? I tend to get lean all my extremities first the belly fat goes dead last on me. Where as another individual could have a lean upper body but hold fat in their legs. Just stay consistent and trust the process
