That awkward moment...
I normally don't lift in the morning but since I didn't train back last night with @military_project i had to get in because tonight is legs I never miss legs! My last drop set of dumbbell rows was 70lbs‼️ I've been totally cheating myself sometimes I don't realize how strong I am until I just go for it

This is so true... What started just as a fitness journal of progress has become even more rewarding knowing that I've inspired many along the way. It's held me accountable and made quitting just not an option at the same time making me raise the bar
