Any intermittent fasters out there? I have to say I’ve been endulging myself in books and videos on fasting. It totally goes against everything we’ve been taught and I have to say I’m absolutely loving it. Growth hormone is through the roof burning fat not to mention the benefits of autophagy (truly anti aging). I can’t quite get my hubby to drink the koolaid just yet but I’m working him.
