Happy #motivationmonday! Lately people have been asking I'm if I'm stuffing my face with food now that I'm not in prep for a show anytime soon. And it leads me to believe that people aren't really understanding what a lifestyle change is. I changed my lifestyle to get the body I've always wanted, why on earth would I revert back? 90% goes to cooking, meal prep, eating clean, and training toward my goals, and with the 10% left leaves room to indulge. Whatever your fitness goals are if you want to maintain or improve where you are live and love the lifestyle you didn't work this hard for temporary results
